Muses is an AI-native creative writing workspace. We provide draft editing, AI-assisted conversations, inspiration and materials management, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You need to create an account to use the full features of our platform. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, and keep it updated to maintain accuracy.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. You will be fully responsible for any activities conducted through your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms at any time. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

When using this platform, you agree not to engage in the following behaviors:

  • Publishing or disseminating any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate interests
  • Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of this service, including but not limited to spreading viruses or malicious code
  • Using automated tools (such as bots, crawlers) to access this service without authorization
  • Engaging in any behavior that may harm our interests or those of third parties

All content, features, interface design, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property of this platform belong to Muses and its licensors, protected by Chinese and international copyright laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using this service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content to the extent necessary for providing the service. AI-generated content belongs to you, but you should comply with the terms of use of AI model providers.

This platform offers free and paid subscription plans. The prices, billing cycles, and included features of paid services will be clearly stated on the subscription page. Subscription fees will be automatically charged according to your chosen billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

We do not provide refunds for service periods already used. If you cancel your subscription, your premium features will expire at the end of the current billing cycle, but you can continue to use free version features.

The AI models integrated into this platform will strive to provide accurate and useful content, but we do not guarantee the complete accuracy, reliability, or applicability of AI-generated content. AI may produce errors, biases, or inappropriate content.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content. You should bear responsibility for any losses or damages caused by using AI-generated content. We strongly recommend that you conduct human review before publishing or using AI-generated content.

This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muses and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service, and the modified terms will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of your country/region of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction or resolve it through international arbitration.
