Add a New Article from My Articles
- Open My Articles.
- Click New Article.
- Choose one creation path:
- Start from blank
- Start from a topic
- Import a document (
Word,TXT,Markdown)
Important: when you create a new article from My Articles, Muses also creates a new project by default.
After creation, the editor opens automatically.
Add Multiple Articles in the Same Project
When you are already inside an editor page for a project:
- Open the left panel and switch to the Articles tab.
- Click the new article (+) button near the tab header.
- The new article is created in the same project and opened immediately.
Use this flow when you need several drafts under one project.
Rename a Project
In the editor top bar, you can edit the project name directly:
- Click the current project name (left side of the breadcrumb).
- Type the new name.
- Press
Enteror click outside to save. - Press
Escto cancel the edit.
Rename an Article
You can rename an article in two ways:
- In the top breadcrumb: click the article title and edit inline.
- In the left article list: double-click an article title and edit inline.
Save behavior is the same: Enter or blur to save, Esc to cancel.
Practical Naming Tips
- Keep project names as topic-level containers (for example, campaign or theme).
- Keep article names outcome-oriented (for example, “Email Draft v1”, “Landing Page Copy”).
- If you create multiple drafts, add short suffixes such as
v1,v2,final.
