Última atualização: 13 de fevereiro de 2026

What This Page Covers

This guide focuses on everyday article management actions:

  • Add a new article from My Articles
  • Add multiple articles inside the same project from the editor panel
  • Rename a project
  • Rename an article

Add a New Article from My Articles

  1. Open My Articles.
  2. Click New Article.
  3. Choose one creation path:
    • Start from blank
    • Start from a topic
    • Import a document (Word, TXT, Markdown)

Important: when you create a new article from My Articles, Muses also creates a new project by default.

After creation, the editor opens automatically.

Add Multiple Articles in the Same Project

When you are already inside an editor page for a project:

  1. Open the left panel and switch to the Articles tab.
  2. Click the new article (+) button near the tab header.
  3. The new article is created in the same project and opened immediately.

Use this flow when you need several drafts under one project.

Rename a Project

In the editor top bar, you can edit the project name directly:

  1. Click the current project name (left side of the breadcrumb).
  2. Type the new name.
  3. Press Enter or click outside to save.
  4. Press Esc to cancel the edit.

Rename an Article

You can rename an article in two ways:

  • In the top breadcrumb: click the article title and edit inline.
  • In the left article list: double-click an article title and edit inline.

Save behavior is the same: Enter or blur to save, Esc to cancel.

Practical Naming Tips

  • Keep project names as topic-level containers (for example, campaign or theme).
  • Keep article names outcome-oriented (for example, “Email Draft v1”, “Landing Page Copy”).
  • If you create multiple drafts, add short suffixes such as v1, v2, final.
